Moving Your IPTV Setup to Another Device

A new device may need a different app or preparation even when the subscription remains the same.

Identify the replacement precisely

Find its model, operating system and software version. Check the official listing for the player you intend to use. A phone, television and streaming device can have different app support even within the same brand. Start with the relevant device guide rather than copying settings blindly.

Confirm app and account arrangements

Ask the player publisher about any licence transfer rules. Ask Vocot how your account may be used on the replacement device. These are different questions. Keep access details private and make sure you understand the recovery process before uninstalling a working player or clearing saved settings.

Test without exceeding your allowance

Stop playback on the old device while testing the new one if you have only one connection. Installing another app does not add an active stream to your plan. Check navigation, sound and picture under normal use. Use the testing checklist to keep the comparisons consistent.

Retire the old setup carefully

Once the replacement works, use the documented sign-out or reset process before passing an old device to someone else. Follow its official instructions for removing personal data. If the move fails, tell support both device models, the stage that failed and the exact message instead of sending private account credentials.

Make the next step a simple one.
